Class Offerings

Bikram
This form of Hatha Yoga is physically challenging and spiritually rejuvenating. This class consists of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio between 95-105 degrees to increase flexibility and flush toxins while stimulating all systems of the body. Each posture is designed to prepare the body for the one that follows. Beginners and students of all levels are welcome.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a challenging class combining dynamic breath with flowing movement that heals, detoxifies and electrifies the body and mind at their deepest levels. The class is heated to around 95 degrees and suitable for all levels.

Power Hour
Our standard Power Yoga class in an hour format.

Class Preparation and Studio Etiquette:

  • Studio opens 30 minutes prior to class.
  • New students please arrive 15 minutes before class begins to register and get acquainted
  • Hydration is important. Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours prior to class.
  • Refrain from eating 1 to 3 hours before class.
  • Wear light, comfortable clothes.
  • Bring a yoga mat, large towel and water. Rentals are available.
  • Refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents.
  • No reservations required for class. Classes do start promptly, so please arrive early.
  • We have plenty of changing rooms and restrooms, but no showers.
  • Please remove shoes before entering the studio.
  • Please remember to turn off all cell phones and pagers.
  • Growing your practice requires consistency & discipline.  For an overall transformation, practice 4 to 6 times a week.
