Gwen Fellin
Gwen comes to Park City via Chicago where she found yoga in 1998 as a healing method for a lower back injury. Her first yoga class was tough, as she couldn’t quite calm her mind. Gwen continued practicing Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow yoga regularly discovering that the benefits of her practice took her far beyond the external physical experience.

Seeking out yoga on the road when traveling as a Corporate Events Consultant, her study has been blessed with many celebrated teachers including, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, and Baron Baptiste.

Gwen was introduced to Bikram Yoga in 2001 and immediately connected with the heat of the Bikram series. She fully believes in the therapeutic benefits of Bikram Yoga, which led her to teacher’s training with Bikram Choudhury in 2003. Gwen completed an advanced Vinyasa Yoga training course with Jimmy Barkan in 2004 and most recently received certification from Baron Baptiste's Teacher Training.

Gwen's instruction brings energy, strength and balance to her challenging classes. She is excited to continue her journey by sharing the gift of yoga with Park City through opening Tadasana Yoga Studio.

Lauren Lockey
Lauren’s love for dance was a natural fit with yoga. She studied Modern dance at the University of Utah and continued on in Portland, Oregon where she developed a regular Bikram Yoga practice. Her commitment and curiosity to learn more brought her to a Bikram and Ashtanga teacher training in Thailand. Lauren lived and taught yoga in Thailand for six months. She found this rare experience of teaching tourists in a foreign land extremely rewarding.

Lauren teaches Yoga in Park City full time and continues to expand her spectrum of teaching styles highlighting vinyasa flow, core strength, and dance into her many classes. No matter what style she is teaching, Lauren encourages her students to be fully present by connecting breath with movement…a practice that students will carry off the mat and into each moment of their lives.

Jane DeBlieux
Jane is a graduate of the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing and is a Board certified registered nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. She is a graduate of the Myotherapy College of Utah for Massage Therapy and is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. Jane's business, Aspen Healing Arts, offers personalized therapeutic bodywork such as Shiatsu, Thai table massage and Reiki healing.

Jane was first introduced to yoga in Boulder, CO in 1992 and has continued her practice over the past 14 years under many different philosophies including Ashtanga, Anusara, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Kali Ray Tri Yoga. Jane began teaching yoga when she moved to Utah in 2001 and continues to teach and practice in Park City, UT.

Michelle Argentine
First exposed to yoga at age 13, Michelle committed to a regular practice of chanting and meditation at the Siddha Yoga Asharam in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Seven years later she began a regular hatha yoga practice. In 2000, Michelle experienced her first Bikram class and was immediately hooked; often practicing more than three hours a day.  As a manager in a Fortune 500 company at the time, she was drawn by the ability of her Bikram practice to temper her “type A” tendencies.  Michelle has now traded the corporate treadmill for the ski and bike trails of the Wasatch front.  Forever seeking to further her practice, Michelle recently completed Yoga Alliance Training in Vinyasa.

Tami Macfarlane
Tami initially discovered yoga several years ago.  By continuously returning to her mat, her emotional, spiritual and mental well being became inspired and nourished. Her steady practice of Vinyasa Flow and Bikram yoga led her into teaching.  Tami teaches from her evolving practice with an open heart as she strives to create a welcoming, lighthearted atmosphere in her classes.  She has been influenced and inspired by Seane Corn, Desiree Rumbaugh and Baron Baptiste.

Tami is the mother of two and brings her love of the mountains to Tadasana!

Erica Rosen

Erica developed her love for yoga years ago when she began practicing with her mother as a teenager in North Carolina. She went on to acquire a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion, and then slowly began her trek westward in search of bigger mountains. After living in Colorado for several years, life eventually planted her in Park City in 2002. Erica explored many yoga disciplines throughout the country and found herself drawn to a blend of Vinyasa, Hatha and Anusara yoga. Yoga became an ever increasing part of her life, as did the desire to teach, and in 2003 she completed her 200-hour teacher certification. Erica has been teaching and learning ever since. You will find her classes to be an exploration of body and spirit through movement & breath as she invites and challenges you to look deeper within. Currently, she fills her time being a student and teacher of yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, a grant writer for a local non-profit, and a mother to beautiful Ajna and 2 crazy dogs.
