Yoga Class Offerings
Be prepared to move, sweat, stretch deeply and have fun!
• All classes are accessible to all levels and abilities.
Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga is a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio between 95 - 105 degrees to increase flexibility and flush toxins while stimulating all systems of the body. This class is 90 minutes in length.
Power Vinyasa
Inspired by Baron Baptiste, this class is a challenging flowing yoga practice that produces extraordinary results as you detoxify, heal and strengthen in body, mind and spirit. The room is heated to around 95 degrees. This class is 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length.
Class Preparation & Studio Etiquette
- Studio opens 20-30 minutes prior to class.
- New students plan to arrive 15 minutes early to register.
- Show up well hydrated.
- Practice on a light stomach.
- Bring a yoga mat, large towel and water.
- Refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents.
- We have changing rooms and restrooms, but no showers.
- No cell phones in studio please.
